Intended for use in gunstock work. This material is selectively acquired by us from large, fat Water Buffalo horn stock of Indian origin, in order that the grain structure is as "tight" as possible. Material will polish with a certain "blue grey" /"oily" translucence. Occasional pieces have stronger figuring and will be available at a premium and by arrangment.
1", 7/8", 3/4" & 1/2" stock carried - we can thickness to precise individual requirements on request and at extra cost.
Good volume discounts on 1/2" material.
Prices for single pieces quoted.
"Thicker is dearer" (1"+ is increasingly difficult to source where the required quality is guaranteed - please enquire with us if this is what you need).
